About Us
INU STUDIO
Inu studio was founded in 2016 by Anne Wohlgemuth, a photographer formed in scientific imaging for heritage conservation. Today, the Inu team specialises in photographing works of art. We support market professionals — auction houses, private museums, galleries, artists, collectors and experts — in their efforts to promote, communicate, preserve and study collections. We are also specialist photographers for public institutions such as the Louvre Museum (Greek, Etruscan and Roman Antiquities Department) and the C2RMF (Centre for Research and Restoration of French Museums - Archaeology Department and Sculpture Department).
Our approach draws on the diversity of our professional clientele and our in-depth knowledge of the art market, both in France and internationally (Belgium, United Kingdom, Switzerland, China). Our expertise is based on a practice of art photography founded on the principles of scientific photography. Each image aims to accurately document the work while affirming the visual identity of our clients.
Our photographies are published in exhibition catalogues for international fairs, such as TEFAF, and used in institutional communications for the Louvre Museum and in the work of the Réunion des Musées Nationaux Research Centre. Art market professionals also rely on our expertise to promote their collections on digital platforms (social media, sales websites, online catalogues).
In practical terms, we deploy a mobile studio within the collections, ensuring a discreet, efficient and respectful approach to the works. We would be delighted to discuss your specific requirements for future missions involving expertise, conservation, communication or sales. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
